CORE provides personalized, evidence-based triathlon nutrition plans using any of thousands of your favorite products in its database; and it knows the location and product offerings at the aid stations for most major races.
Coach Cindy can further tailor the nutrition plan for you and your race and help you transition from current intake to new macro and calorie targets. She can plan your race nutrition while addressing any pre-existing or new stomach issues you may have and tweak the plan as needed.
