The 4 Week Triathlon Nutrition Plan includes:

  • Calorie and macronutrient targets based on your nutrition needs and goals

  • Weekly meal plans with recipes, grocery lists, and prep guides customized to your food likes/dislikes, calorie and macronutrient targets, and training schedule

  • Two phone calls or video chats to review your nutrition plan

  • Access to an online food log where you can log your food and beverage intake and get frequent feedback from Cindy

  • Race nutrition guidance

  • Unlimited email and text dialogue for questions and support throughout the 4 weeks

After four weeks, you can continue to work with Cindy for $49/month (many athletes do!).
